Erlanger Commerce Center

The Erlanger Commerce Center is located on a site that formerly was home to the Showcase Cinema movie theater, a 135-acre site that had been vacant since 2008. Phase I of this project features a 779,720 SF one-story industrial building with 36’ clearance height and 159 trailer storage spaces with a cross-dock configuration. The project will offer a combined 1.7 million SF of industrial space. Officially the largest industrial project in Al Neyer history. Construction is nearing completion for the  301,050 SF Phase II building, and groundwork is starting for the 575,000 SF of Phase III.
